Snow Coach Arosa 2016 – by Bernice & Lynda

We had an email from Bernice & Lynda telling us how much they enjoyed their trip on our  Snow Coach Arosa tour this year. It’s always so nice to hear such lovely comments!

“We had such a wonderful time on our recent holiday to Arosa on the Snow Coach that I wanted to send you some photos. We met such lovely people, many of them regulars with you as we are becoming.”

“I found people were very kind and patient with my disabilities, I struggle a bit getting off the coach after a longish stretch, everyone just helped and also at meal times if they could get me something they would, it was much appreciated. Your driver Martin was so professional and also helped. We are waiting now to be able to book for 2017, I think your colleagues must know me as the lady who broke her neck, as I always ring up really way ahead to be able to book the front seats. You wouldn’t believe the difference that makes to my holiday to be able to look ahead and not to the side when my neck would freeze and really ruin my enjoyment.”

“So all in all I wanted you to know that we had a wonderful time as we have on all our holidays with you, we love Austria so much that we changed our planned holiday for 2017 and want to come back with you and go to the Austrian Lakes, thank you so much for all the organisation and planning that you have to do, it is a pure tonic for us. We are two widows who have found it hard to put up the threads of life and be brave and do these trips. We are so glad that we do, we can laugh again.”
